Our office provides legal assistance for a wide variety of real estate matters including title issue clearing, real estate contract disputes, legal drafting of real estate contracts, deeds and other property title documents, boundary and easement matters, foreclosure issues, partition of property, eviction and other right to possession of property matters. Many times, these issues can be negotiated to a favorable conclusion, but if a court process is required, we are prepared to get results.
Mediation & Arbitration
Mediation settles disputes. The Mediation process is where an impartial mediator works with both sides in a dispute to resolves issues and achieve a settlement, rather than using the court process of trial and verdict. As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court and Family mediator, Attorney Paul Ryan has successfully mediated many disputes to resolution and let the parties move on with their lives.
Similarly, as a Florida Qualified arbitrator, where demanded by contract or by a court, Attorney Paul Ryan has acted to render an impartial decision for disputing parties based on the law and on the evidence.
